The ‘P’ type pump was initially designed for use in the industrial cleaning market but after extensive research and a decade of successfully building water jetters we realized that there was a requirement for high quality, reliable drain jetters in the US. In 1981 Harben Inc. opened its doors in Atlanta, Georgia introducing the concept of high pressure – low flow jetting technology. In addition to the highly successful ‘P’ type pump, we are now also utilizing the ‘Hi-Q’ and Century pumps in our jetting equipment. - Enclosed Jetters Working throughout the winter period is important because drains not only block, they can also ice up. For drain cleaning contractors operating in colder climates Harben offers a range of fully enclosed jetters. If a trailer is preferred we can source and supply a complete machine. Trailers can be partially or fully insulated and it is possible to add supplementary heating to guarantee frost protection at all times. Alternatively, you may want to free issue us a truck into which we will complete the installation at our facility. - Truck Mounted Jetters Harben truck mounted jetting units offer all the advantages of our trailed machines with the added benefit of customization. Whether you choose from our P type, Hi Q or Century pump range we will match it to the perfect engine and gearbox assembly. Thereafter we will work with you to arrive at the best hose reel and water tank layout to suit your operation. Harben 4025 Hi Q jetting truck with 4000 psi/25 gpm performance Of course, we have built hundreds of truck mounted sewer jetting units since we started in 1980 so if you prefer we can offer one of our standard products. From 4000 to 10,000 psi and up to 40 gpm we will have a jetter to suit your needs. You can choose fixed or pivoting hose reels, water tank capacities, manual or wireless control and even colour. Our support doesn’t stop after you have taken delivery. Our sales manager or dealer will commission the machine, running through all its features and benefits. Harben offers a wide range of industrial water jetters for applications where water jetting has become accepted as the most environmentally friendly solution. These may include: Tube and pipe cleaning Surface preparation Heat exchanger cleaning Tank cleaning Hydro-demolition Abrasive cutting Water hydraulics Mill scale removal High pressure flushing Hydrostatic testing The unique Harben radial piston diaphragm range of pumps are amongst the best performing and most reliable high pressure pumps on the market today, making them the ideal choice for many industrial applications. The P Type pump offers pressures from 2000 psi – 6000 psi with flow rates up 18 gpm The Century pump offers up to 10,000 psi with flow rates up to 40 gpm and the Aqua, 15,000 psi at 16 gom. With ATEX approval for use in explosive atmospheres, these pumps are truly versatile. Industrial water jetters have become the most efficient and versatile cleaning method in the modern world.
- Diesel Powered Jetting Units Our diesel powered jetting units provide versatility in locations where sufficient electrical power may not be available. We can offer a complete range of machines operating up to 15,000 psi with skid or trailer options. If a skid option is chosen it can be supplied with lifting eyes, forklift pockets or if preferred a full crash frame that offers protection to all the major components. Crash frames can be supplied with certificated welds if required. Skid units can be permanently or temporarily mounted into your truck for added versatility and our engineers will work with you to make sure that the installation meets all the necessary regulations. Our trailers range from simple site trolleys, suitable for towing at low speed around sites and factories. Alternatively you may need a road legal trailer that can be towed on the highway – we have many options of both types. Both the Harben radial diaphragm and Aqua triplex pumps are suitable for diesel drives. - Electric Powered Jetting Units Our electric powered jetting units are perfect where locations have a suitable 3 phase electrical power supply. We can offer a complete range of machines operating up to 15,000 psi in trolley, skid or pump/motor format. If a skid option is chosen it can be supplied with lifting eyes, forklift pockets or if preferred a full crash frame that offers protection to all the major components. Crash frames can be supplied with fully certificated welding if required. Some of our customers prefer just to buy high pressure pump and motor packages which they install into their own systems. If this option is chosen our engineers will work with you to ensure compatibility between all components. The Harben radial piston pump is suitable for electric drives with input speeds from 400 to 1,200 rpm. All the moving parts are immersed in hydraulic oil; moving parts in contact with the pumped media are limited to the diaphragm, inlet and delivery valves. This gives the Harben radial piston pump has the unique ability to run dry without damage. This pump design design means fluids filtered to only 150 microns can be successfully pumped, whereas conventional plunger pumps require filtration to 50 microns.
