Description

The Harben P type pump is a high pressure diaphragm pump capable of pressures up to 6,000 psi and flows to 18 gpm. It is available with 3, 4, 6 or 8 cylinders requiring from 10 to 50hp depending upon the pressure and flow configuration chosen.

Drive power can be diesel or electric and we have a range of gearbox ratios to suit all requirements.

It has a unique mode of operation that keeps all the moving parts inside the pump separated from the pumped fluid. The video below clearly shows the simplicity of operation which delivers some significant advantages over more traditional direct acting pumps.

  • No packings or seals to wear out
  • Pump can run dry without damage
  • Suitable for a large range of low viscosity fluids
  • Pumps low lubricity fluids with ease
  • Has multi-cylinders therefore minimal pulsation
  • Compact and lightweight
  • Simple to pressure compensate
  • Frost tolerant

The Harben high pressure diaphragm pump is used in numerous pumping applications because it is efficient, reliable and easy to maintain.

  • Water jetting
  • Drain cleaning
  • Duct desilting
  • Hydrostatic testing
  • Umbilical flushing & HPU’s
  • Hot steel descaling
  • Water hydraulic systems
